MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE PROVIDE A 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING FOR APPOINTMENTS AND A 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR COLOR APPOINTMENTS

*we reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed or rescheduled out of that time frame

*a $75.00 deposit is required for most color appointments and is non refundable if rescheduling or cancellation is not given prior to 48hrs

RETAIL PRODUCT POLICY

Unopened or Slightly Used, non damaged products, may be returned for exchange only or salon credit towards another product within 2 weeks of sale

SERVICE POLICY

Please notify the salon immediately if you are not satisfied with services received so we may resolve the issue. At the BNS we stand behind the quality of our work and will work effortlessly to make adjustments within the original service performed. Please contact us within 1week of your original services for any adjustments needed to be made. Refunds are not available for services.
